Preventative Maintenance work on three Nitech IPM Pallet Turntables

 



We are doing service work on three Nitech IPM high profile turntables.  These are very entry level machines that turn the pallet while the operator is using standard hand wrap.  Much better than going around in circles.  This simple machine takes some of the had work out of hand wrapping.  No walking backwards.

Nitech have been building pallet wrappers in the USA for many years.  They stick to the basics for what the machine is for.  Just keep it simple and wrap the pallet.  Controls are knobs and buttons and heavy steel build.  Don’t over engineer the machine to do a simple job.

CDI is showing flat for the month of April. Trade Report April 2014 Resin rolls flat per reports Respected analysts reporting this month no change for PVC or PE resins. "LLDPE Producers are doing their best to keep PE prices flat in April while processors are looking for a $.02/lb decrease." "The Ethylene market again saw heightened activity as several crackers remained offline for maintenance.
