Benefits of a Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine.

Image
For many companies, end-of-line packaging is where time and costs quietly add up. A poorly wrapped pallet can lead to damaged products, unstable loads, and higher shipping claims, problems that directly impact margins and customer trust. Today, pallet wrapping machines have become more advanced, efficient, and reliable. From semi-automatic turntable models to fully automated conveyorized systems, manufacturers now have equipment that delivers consistent wraps, uses less film, and integrates seamlessly with production lines. Key Points to Consider: -A good pallet wrapping machine keeps products stable during transport, reduces damage, and improves safety across the supply chain. -Small facilities benefit from semi-automatic models, while high-volume plants gain more from fully automatic or conveyorized systems that run continuously. -Machines with powered pre-stretch can cut film waste by up to 40%, saving money and supporting sustainability goals. -Modern wrappers n...

Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic Stretch Wrappers

Image
Secondary packaging is an essential part of the distribution and shipment process for all different types of products and industries. There are a few different ways in which most warehouses wrap their pallets to prepare them for shipment. Some smaller manufacturers still hand wrap their pallets, which can be costly due to poor containment which typically results in product damage. Others use either semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines or fully automatic stretch wrapping machines. Semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines may require some human intervention to attach film to the load. While semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines are nearly fully automated, they may require some human intervention to attach film to the load. An operator would be required to run these types of stretch wrapping machines properly and safely. Semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines need an operator to push a start button on the machine or cut the film at the end of a wrapping cycle. It is an ideal c...

Extreme Tension Dual Film Roll With Adjustable Film Roping Upgrade

Image
Heavy Pallets Dual Film Roll with Phoenix Adjustable Film Roping The Dual Film Carriage is best used in applications where very high film force is required. The Phoenix Dual Film Carriage System wraps the loads using two offset rolls of film and ropes each web to create a band. This allows the film tension to be turned up to wrap very tightly. The result is 30-50 lbs. of film force on the load with less film revolutions. The Phoenix Dual Film Carriage System is great for heavy loads like Brick & Block, Clay and Concrete Roofing Tiles, Concrete Bags etc... Ring Machines in Action

Image
Phoenix PRRA Ring Wrappers. The unique design of the PRRA Rotary Ring style wrapper provides revolutionary film saving compared to rotary table or arm designs. The PRRA can do so by starting at the bottom of a load and finishing at the top without having to return down to the clamp fixed at the conveyor. This means that you can save an extra 30+ feet of stretch film while still applying the same required load retention wraps. The Rotary Ring rotates only the carriage itself. The result is a much faster “low mass rotation system” that because of the limited stress and strain on the working component is much better suited for 24hr/7 days a week application. The result is thousands of dollars in annual savings in both film and labor compared to all conventional wrappers. More information or demo call 813 242 6995 or sales@quickpakinc.com

Dual Film Carriage System from Quick Pak Inc

Image
Phoenix Wrappers patent-pending High Tension system dual film system can apply 4x times the film tension per revolution that a standard film and carriage system while wrapping the load in half the revolutions. This film carriage creates the highest film forces in the industry. The carriage has the capacity for 2 separate rolls of stretch film. The films are overlapped and offset, resulting in a wider coverage and adjustability. The stretch film edges are roped creating four horizontal ropes along the film web. Ropes prevent the film from breaking during high tension wrapping. The resulting webs are then combined and fed through the prestretch system. The resulting bonded stretch film web has many properties that a standard stretch film lack. This very cost-effective system creates the ultimate in film strength with 2 layer of film that is almost impossible to break. As the system applies very high film tension with each revolution, less film is required which greatly reduces your f...
