SMIPACK is fully aware of it and for this reason it has been significantly investing in research and development for 25 years, a strategy that has allowed to deliver a total of 80,000 machines throughout the years and to become a reliable partner for many companies operating both in the food and non-food market segments. In view of this continuous evolution, SMIPACK has decided to apply the warranty extension from 12 to 24 months to the entire production range. This measure will come into effect from January 2023 for all new machines sold. The warranty extended to 24 months will be valid, only if the conditions indicated in the use and maintenance manuals, which can be downloaded from the Smyzone portal starting from January 2023.
