Here we have the IPG Polyair PaperSpace X-Fill Paper Void Fill Machine.  This is what comes on the pallet packed into two cases.  Set up and assembly is very straight forward and easy. 

One sheet of instructions comes with the machine.

This Polyair X-Fill paper void-fill machine is available in either a floor stand or table-stop configuration. For use with 15" wide easy-to-load paper bundles, this paper dispenser outputs kraft paper void fill at a top speed of 335 feet per minute. This machine creates paper void-fill by crinkling the paper and forming it to the size you need. Additionally, the heights and angles of this machine can be adjusted for the most challenging packaging environments.
