Checklist: Daily: Clear strap dust and debris from the machine – particularly near the cutters and strap guide. Remove plastic residue. Weekly: Lubricate the front bar, press bar and rear bar. Monthly: Check all belts and gears for wear and tear. Clean both sides of the heater plate. Check cam rollers of seal head for easy movement.
