Quick Pak’s insulated pouches are lightweight thermal mailers designed for shipping flat or small-sized temperature-sensitive goods.

The thermal pouches can be quickly filled with your temperature-sensitive goods and sealed with a secure adhesive strip in a matter of seconds. Our insulated pouches provide the easiest method of shipping your small-sized items.

Made of recyclable #7 material, these insulated bubble mailers are made using a combination of an internal bubble layer and a reflective outer layer which work together to provide reliable temperature control.

In the event the size of your payload exceeds the capacity of our thermal envelopes, our insulated box liners fill the need to ship “smaller than a pallet but bigger than an envelope” shipments with a guarantee that the temperature of the products being shipped remain largely unchanged throughout the cold-chain distribution system.
