Book Packaging Solution required for an educational book publisher



An educational book publisher wanted to package some educational toys together with books, and they came to us as their chosen shrink wrap suppliers for their product.
The shrink packaging requirement was to shrink wrap the toy and book together to ensure that they were not separated in any way and at the same time benefited from the best possible presentation. 

Our extensive experience with packaging machinery and shrink films allowed us to provide an ideal solution.

Quick Pak recommended the use of Sytec MVP shrink film to ensure that the pack had particularly high abuse resistance, which was especially important as the magazine and toy were aimed at children. The book and toy were to be sold as one unit, and accordingly we supplied the particular shrink film which was optically attractive as well durable enough to both protect the toy and the book in transport and enhance its shelf appeal.

The book publisher purchased a FP560A Combo unit to provide the overall packaging facility from our range of packaging machines.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total. Product Used:  5" x 80ga x 1000' Stretch Banding Film on 3" cores and 1 plastic handle per case. Handy wrap banding stretch film is made with an extended core for easy maneuvering. This bundling stretch film has a 1 inch diameter core on one side that is less bulky and easier to handle than other stretch film dispensers.
