The Dual Film Carriage is best used in applications where very high film force is required. The Phoenix Dual Film Carriage System wraps the loads using two offset rolls of film and ropes each web to create a band.

This allows the film tension to be turned up to wrap very tightly. The result is 30-50 lbs. of film force on the load with less film revolutions.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total.
