The PSS733 series consists of vertical, horizontal and the latest, top seal pallet strapping applications and is easy to integrate into any conveying system.

This new strapping head can pull over 720 pounds of tension and allows both polyester and polypropylene in the recommended working range to keep pallets secure, improve production efficiency, and lower packaging costs.

Using the basic platform The PSS733 can strap vertically, horizontally and through pallet voids.

 

Models Available:

PSS733V – Fixed track, fixed strapping head, side seal for vertical strapping.

PSS733VM – Fixed track, side seal, indexing head for vertical strapping.

PSS733VLM – Fixed track, side seal, indexing head, with lance system for vertical strapping through pallets.

PSS733H – For applying horizontal straps. An indexing head is standard on the PSS733H.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total. Product Used:  5" x 80ga x 1000' Stretch Banding Film on 3" cores and 1 plastic handle per case. Handy wrap banding stretch film is made with an extended core for easy maneuvering. This bundling stretch film has a 1 inch diameter core on one side that is less bulky and easier to handle than other stretch film dispensers. Its built-in handle is ready to use right out of the box and is disposable after use.
