Colored Banding film’s elastic memory means it can stretch significantly from its original length. The film tries to return to its original shape and form after wrapping, resulting in a tight, secure wrap. This process ensures bundles will not come undone or need to be rewrapped during transport.

Choose from the most common sizes of banding film available for immediate delivery or customize banding film to various sizes, gauges, and colors as needed. Standard banding film sizes range from 3″ to 5″. However, our technology allows us to provide widths from 1″ to 70”

 

Auto Bander Narrow Width Stretch Film 

Our Auto Bander machine-grade stretch film is ultra-strong and can stretch up to 200-300% of its original length. Our film has excellent clarity for easy product identification. It also requires less force to stretch and can be dispensed at high speeds. Machine-grade stretch film offers an increased resistance to tears, making it suitable for oddly shaped loads or packages with sharp edges.

Our Auto bander machine-grade stretch film is manufactured using the cast extrusion process and unwinds quietly and smoothly from automated stretch wrappers. This process creates a clear, shiny film which allows for easy pallet product identification. The film has excellent cling properties and is available in both one-sided and two-sided cling packages.

Available in black and white opaque, and five color tints, UVI and Anti-stat.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total. Product Used:  5" x 80ga x 1000' Stretch Banding Film on 3" cores and 1 plastic handle per case. Handy wrap banding stretch film is made with an extended core for easy maneuvering. This bundling stretch film has a 1 inch diameter core on one side that is less bulky and easier to handle than other stretch film dispensers.
