Polyethylene market edges higher . Material was available, but in limited quantities. Demand remains unenthusiastic, and even well-priced resin was hard to movelast month.

Producers in March rounded out their $.04/lb price increase; a total of $.09/lb has now been implemented already in 2013.

There is another $.04/lb on the table for April. Take note when quoting blanket commitments.
