Wrapping Extra heavy pallets With Stretch Film

Roping stretch film to wrap heavy pallet loads without changing to a heavier film or using other add on packaging (strapping, tape or edge protectors).  


Very simple to do on the Revolution ST Pallet Wrapper by Quick Pak Inc.  As the pallet is wrapping just squash down on the film with your hand as it is being applied to the load and you have increased the holding power of the film by two.

Stretch film that has been roped is nearly unbreakable and is most often used to lock a pallet to the product. This is easily done with the revolution ST turntable style machine. In some cases, roping has eliminated the need for other packaging materials.
