Ways of Packing:

Box-filling products like foam packing peanuts and plastic bubble wrap cushion the products you’re shipping to keep them safe.

Packing peanuts are pliable, which means they can mold to your product’s shape, filling up every odd bit of space in your box. However, they don’t keep the box’s contents completely still since it leaves extra room within the box.

Quick Pak bubble wrap is constructed of air pockets between a top and bottom layer of polyethylene film, and tightly cushions your product to ensure minimal damage from movement and impact.
If you’re shipping expensive or fragile goods, bubble wrap is the way to go.

Specification:

Quick Pak air bubble wrap is made from 15% recycled content. Bubble thickness ranges from 3/16-inch to 1/2-inches, and bubble diameters range from to 3/8-inch to 1.25-inches, depending on your packaging needs. The sheets are perforated every 12 inches for easy tearing and to prevent hand cutting.

We offer short rolls packaged in boxes sized to save you on shipping costs, as well as long rolls. We also offer premium bubble wrap varieties treated with nylon sealant. These bubble wrap sheets hold air for longer than our economy options, which is useful for international shipping.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total.
