Sigma Stretch Film Price Increase.

Sigma Stretch Film Price Increase

January 29, 2014

Dear Valued Customer,

Our polyethylene resin suppliers have informed us of their intentions to implement a resin price increase effective February 1st. The resin increase is being supported by rising feedstock costs and improving global and domestic market demand.

In response to the February 1st resin increase, all new orders received on or after February 24th will be priced at a 6% increase.

All orders must call for immediate delivery and ship no later than March 24th. Based on current lead-times, Sigma Stretch Film can only accept a limited number of new orders. Sigma Stretch Film reserves the right to accept or decline all orders for any reason. Please check with your local plant location.

Orders placed at current prices will be limited to less than one month of your normal purchase levels. Pricing for orders accepted is based upon local lead-times and available resin.

As always, Sigma Stretch Film strives to communicate these increases with adequate lead time and when they are likely to be implemented. Sigma Stretch Film will adjust our position should this resin increase be modified or unsuccessful.

Your Sigma Stretch Film sales representative will be in contact with you to answer any of your questions and advise you of changing market conditions.

Sincerely,
Sigma Stretch Film
