Below is a recap of your 2012 purchases of HPE/HPS products. We will commit that portion (in lbs) of our capacity to you on a monthly basis. We are making this commitment based on your historical success with these products and your ability to effectively sell the value of these products.



Our goal is to improve our service levels to our customers by reducing lead times to a manageable level and protect the business you have moving forward.



When your monthly order volume of HPE/HPS reaches your historical average, we will not accept additional orders for these items until the next month.



This is a 'use-it or lose-it' managed program (no roll-over pounds). Customer care will be managing the program and will have your monthly totals readily available for you to review as needed. This number includes all drop shipments out of KY, but does NOT include drop ships to other parts of the US serviced out of other Sigma factories.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total. Product Used:  5" x 80ga x 1000' Stretch Banding Film on 3" cores and 1 plastic handle per case. Handy wrap banding stretch film is made with an extended core for easy maneuvering. This bundling stretch film has a 1 inch diameter core on one side that is less bulky and easier to handle than other stretch film dispensers.
