Pallet Sheets for Added Product Protection

Stabilize product and pallets in transit with our chipboard sheets.  When shipping boxes, the protection of the contents is paramount. If you ship your own product, you will know that there are various packaging solutions you can use to ensure safety and security – but have you ever considered chipboard sheets?

Standard sheet is sized (40″ x 48″) and is easy to reuse and recycle. If you are shipping products that require extra stabilization due to being particularly heavy or fragile, you will find it easy to use sheets. Simply stack your boxes on the pallet and position the sheets in between each layer, keeping the boxes in place.

Sheets act as a barrier between product and pallet whilst providing a stable base for secure stacking.  Many pallet users have concerns regarding contamination from mold and dust inherent in wooden pallets migrating upwards through the stacked products. These pallet sheets are an excellent barrier to prevent such migration by isolating the stacked product from the contamination source.

The benefits from the use of sheets increase the stability of palletized load, offering savings in stretch film, storage, and waste due to damage. When used as a friction mat or separator sheet between sacks for example, the sheet allows the items to nest.
