PAC BT2450 and BT3920 high-performance battery-operated power tools are utilizing the latest in strapping technology. The PAC BT2450 and BT3920 are “best in class” friction weld banding tool for all your strapping needs. These tools cover a wide range of strapping widths from 1/2” (12mm) to 3/4” (19mm). Tension levels range from 550 to 900 lbs. to cover a broad spectrum of applications. These tools are field ready for polypropylene and polyester strapping and will consistently deliver superior performance and reliability for your strapping needs.

These tool features a brushless motor that is German engineered with DC motor technology to maximize battery life for reliable performance. It comes with two rechargeable, 18V, 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion batteries, each with a life cycle of 1,000 charges. To reduce downtime and keep your shipping operation moving, the 110-240V charger can bring the battery to full power in 40 minutes.
