The PAC BT2450 and BT3920 are “best in class” friction weld banding tool for all your strapping needs. These tools cover a wide range of strapping widths from 1/2” (12mm) to 3/4” (19mm). Tension levels range from 550 to 900 lbs. to cover a broad spectrum of applications. These tools are field ready for polypropylene and polyester strapping and will consistently deliver superior performance and reliability for your strapping needs.

These tool features a brushless motor that is German engineered with DC motor technology to maximize battery life for reliable performance. It comes with two rechargeable, 18V, 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion batteries, each with a life cycle of 1,000 charges. To reduce downtime and keep your shipping operation moving, the 110-240V charger can bring the battery to full power in 40 minutes.
