Inside Sales Job at Quick Pak Inc

Quick Pak Inc, located in Tampa, Florida is a distributor of industrial packaging equipment and packaging supplies. 



We are currently looking to fill the position of an Inside Sales Representative. 

Summary: Selling packaging supplies and equipment to commercial customers.


This position is geared towards an individual that is highly motivated to progress through the selling ranks of Quick Pak Inc.

Responsibilities:

Sell to customers primarily over the telephone from incoming calls and emails generated by our newsletter, blog, website, shopping cart, catalog and referrals.

Increase sales through existing accounts, while also building business with new opportunities.

Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Use current software package (CRM) to plan, create, and track customer opportunities. These opportunities are then moved through the sales cycle.  All customer contact should be noted in this software.

Work with manufacturers' representatives to sell new items to existing customers.
Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business, a plus.

3+ years of telemarketing / customer sales experience preferred.

Must have practical sales experience.

Must be a go getter; able to work independently with minimal supervision and very strong at gaining interested clients by phone.

Must possess outstanding customer service skills, exceptional analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills.
