Intertape Polymer Group June 2014 Price Increase letter.

Interesting letter from film supplier. No market increase on the resin. Let's see if this will take.

INTERTAPE POLYMER GROUP (IPG)

May 14, 2014

Dear Valued Stretch Film Customer,

During the past year, our non-resin related costs have steadily increased without any ability to recover them. These costs include, but are not limited to, packaging, freight, labor and health care.
Due to this development, IPG® will announce a 4% increase for all SuperFlex® and StretchFlex® products effective with orders placed after June 2, 2014.

All orders entered prior to June 2, 2014 that specify immediate shipment and are limited to one month’s normal average film purchases will be honored at current cost levels. IPG® reserves the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion.

We are committed to supporting our vast channel of distribution with quality, value-oriented products at a fair market price. In order to consistently offer this commitment, it is necessary to adjust our overall price structure.

As always, IPG® remains committed to offering the maximum amount of support possible and greatly appreciates your loyalty and business.

Sincerely,
Glenn K. Cooper
Vice President – Stretch Film
