Amtopp & Pinnacle Price Increase Letter.

To Our Valued Stretch Film Customers:

Our raw material resin producers have informed us of their intentions to implement
a resin increase effective on February 1st. Due to this escalation in resin price, we
regrettably must increase our film prices.

Effective with all orders received on or after February 24th, 2014, there will be
a 6% price increase on all products. All orders must call for immediate delivery.

It is very important to take note that orders will be limited. We will strictly limit
orders to a quantity based on your average monthly shipments over the last six
months and reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason. Please
contact your Sales Representative if you need any additional information.
