Stretch Film Pricing

Polyethylene pricing has maintained its upward momentum, with gains of $.01 - .02/lb widely seen. PE prices are holding steady in July and could be poised to move higher next month. CDI came out flat. We should be at the bottom.

CDI is estimating FLAT pricing for July, despite a previous forecast of an additional small decrease. LLDPE is estimated at 0.70 for July. CDI is now predicting a 3 – 5 c/lb increase over the next two months.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total.
