Random Case Sealers are case sealing systems that can adjust their tape head height to any case size on the fly. Using sensory equipment, the tape head will rise or lower until it finds the proper height. The case then moves through the powered roller system, sealing the flaps. Must love this simple entry level pallet wrapper Made in Canada by Fox.  For low volume, this counter-balance machine get the job done.  Not many of the stretch wrapper manufacturers make these machines anymore.  Every few years we service this machine, check the casters, tension the chains, and make sure the bearings are all ok.   This old Fox FPS 100 just keeps on going. Semi-automatic strapping machines are a fast and efficient way to strap small and large packages, bundle items together and seal boxes for shipping, creating a time saving asset to the production line or shipping process. These machines have adjustable tension settings and can be used with various widths and thicknesses of polypropylene strap. A wooden pallet weighs approximately sixty pounds.
