Our goal is to provide a stretch wrapper that fits seamlessly into a production line and makes jobs easier, Increasing efficiency, decreasing costs and provides a consistent output. The optional Film Auto Cut eliminates the need for the operator to get off his forklift when removing the pallet from the turntable. When the wrapper is finishing its last revolution, the film is automatically cut from the film carriage allowing the load to be removed. The remaining film tail is then left laying in front of the carriage for the next operator to apply it to the next pallet.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total.
