Revolution Steel Safety Bollards


The Revolution Steel Safety Bollards were designed specifically for protecting packaging equipment and stretch pallet wrapping machines and other various warehouse equipment from scratches, dents, damage, and employees from accidents, by creating a vertical physical barrier from fork and pallet trucks. 



With the Revolution Steel Safety Bollards in place, they allow the operator to have access to the machine for loading new rolls of stretch film and machine controls without climbing over any barrier.    
Strong protection is provided by a steel tube, measuring 4-1/2” x 36”, welded to a 8" x 8" x 3/8" base plate, topped with a steel cap.
Revolution Steel Safety bollards are available in custom heights: 26” / 46” / 56” (minimum order applies).    

Also used for protecting loading dock doors, in-plant office corners, walls, equipment and machines from accidental damage.  Revolution Steel Safety Bollards provide a solid layer barrier between moving hazards and locations requiring protection designed to stop a vehicle and reduce damage to structures. Each highly visible safety yellow bollard measures 36" high with a durable 4-1/2" diameter tube construction.  The hollow void may be filled with concrete for added stability and protection. The safety bollard guard features an 8" x 8" mounting plate with four mounting holes for securing to concrete surfaces. Mounting hardware is not included. Great for protecting electrical panels, rack supports, gas pumps, fire hydrants, walls, and various areas that may be subjected to vehicle traffic.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total. Product Used:  5" x 80ga x 1000' Stretch Banding Film on 3" cores and 1 plastic handle per case. Handy wrap banding stretch film is made with an extended core for easy maneuvering. This bundling stretch film has a 1 inch diameter core on one side that is less bulky and easier to handle than other stretch film dispensers.
