PAC Strapping Price Increase Sept 2013

August 22, 2013

Memo To: Valued PAC Distributors

Re: Pricing Adjustments, Polypropylene Strapping

Effective September 9, 2013, PAC will increase prices on polypropylene strapping by 5%.

Over the summer months, there has been a shortage of raw materials. This shortage has resulted in a substantial increase in resin costs, and has negatively impacted our cost structure for the last 60 days. The cumulative effects of the increase are such that we are forced to increase prices.

We will continue to monitor the factors that impact resin prices, and react as quickly as possible to these changing conditions. Our commitment to keeping you competitive in your marketplace remains steadfast. Your PAC territory manager will work with you and your sales team to assist you in your efforts to build market share.

New price sheets will be available prior to the institution of the increase.

Thank you for your continued support and loyalty.
