Truss plant converted over from using steel strap to Quick Pak’s composite cord strapping, available in break strengths ranging from 1,200lbs to 3,500lbs. Composite cord strap is designed to replace a specific steel band, providing equal strength while delivering savings, safety, and convenience.


We manufacture our galvanized buckles to optimize grip. We offer an extensive line of tensioners, tools and carts to be used with our cord strap. Cord strap is more rigid allowing it to be easily fed through products and pallets.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total.
