Demand, both domestic and export, was slower in Feb than some had anticipated contributing to the swell in inventories. Ample resin availability at reasonable market prices is easing buyers’ concerns about prices rising further,for now. Although it is still early in the month, market conditions might challenge the current price increases initiative, especially beyond the $.03/lb balance remaining from February.
