STRETCH FILM RESIN TODAY Polyethylene prices were up the first week of July. Producer's resin offers were up a nickel in support of the current price increase, but there is little confidence that the increase will take effect on this third attempt. PE offers were then revised as up $.05/lb, but protected for a rebate in case the increase did not hold. There is still plenty of PE material around. Caveat emptor.
