The industry resin index for March was published earlier today, and it supports the earlier nominated resin price increase by the chemical manufacturers in whole. In other words, the price increase scheduled for next Wednesday, March 27th is going through as announced and in full.

As a reminder, you have until end of business Tuesday March 26th to submit your orders to Sigma. Because there is a shipment cut-off of April 30th to receive current pricing, I suggest you submit your order today if possible. With 5 week lead times on cast film, we are at the cut-off.

Saving Money Using Banding Stretch Film to Ship UPS and FEDEX

Here in this video I have 10 cases I'm shipping out UPS Ground.  The cost is $68 total for the 10 cases.  I used 5" wide Stretch Banding Film by Quick Pak Inc and wrapped the cases in packs of 2.  That took about 5 min and the cost to ship the same 10 cases wrapped in two's cost just over $30 total.
