POLYPROPYLENE TAPE

The cost efficient alternative to printed vinyl tape with a high impact resistance. This application is preferred by users with higher volume orders. Our 2.0 mil polypropylene tape is a standard duty tape recommended for sealing boxes under 30 lbs. It has a glossy finish in appearance. This economical packing tape has a quick tack adhesive and is commonly recognized by its crackling noise when pulled from the roll.

HEAVY DUTY POLYPROPYLENE TAPE

Our 2.5 mil heavy duty polypropylene is recommended for sealing packages up to 50 lbs. Available in white, tan or clear, this hot melt adhesive has a quick tack and is ideal for most applications. It also offers a reduced packaging cost in comparison to its other heavy duty counterparts.

EXTRA HEAVY DUTY POLYPROPYLENE TAPE

Our 3.0 mil extra heavy duty polypropylene tape is the thickest printable polypropylene tape on the market today. Also available in tan, white or clear, this heavy duty packaging tape is recommended for sealing boxes well over 50 lbs.

Our most popular Custom Printed Tape solution; printed on high-quality polypropylene tape with 11 standard color options or a custom Pantone Match System (PMS) ink blend.

Hot Melt or Acrylic Tape.

Standard Tape (film) Colors: Tan, White, Clear

For an additional fee, we can print on any of the following colors: Yellow, Blue, Orange, Green.

Art & Plate Charges:  Initial Plate Charge is $65, each additional is $45

Plates are property of printer.

Print area height is approximately 1-5/8" for 2" wide tapes.2-1/2" for 3"wide tapes.

Maximum print length is 14 5/8". Oversized plate charge is added to all prints over 7" in length.

Minimums:

1 Color, 1 Case Minimum.

2 Colors, 2 Case Minimum.

3 Colors, 5 Case Minimum.

Lead Time: Once order is received we will provide you with a digital Proof for you to sign-off on within 2-3 day.

Once artwork is confirmed, please allow 15-20 business days for production.

Custom Printed tapes are NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE.

Flood Coats: Flood Coats (or > 50% ink coverage) add 50% Hot melts only.

Other Conditions of Sale:

Transportation charges are prepaid & allowed to destination on custom print orders of $2,500.00 invoice value or more, within continental U.S. via lowest cost routing. Custom printed tape orders cannot be combined with stock orders.

We reserve right to ship ± 10% & partial cases must be accepted.
